Non-Interactive Use: Any use that does not fall under interactive use.

Collecting Personal Information

Any visit to and use of the website is subject to this Privacy Policy. By entering personal data on the Website, the user acknowledges awareness and acceptance of the Privacy Policy and its content. This Privacy Policy is subject to change without notice. For this reason, it is advisable to consult this Privacy Policy each time you visit. 

Device information

    • Purpose of collection: to load the site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on site usage to optimize our site.

    • Source of collection: collected automatically when you access our site using cookies.

    • Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.

Order information

    • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfil our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

    • Source of collection: collected from the customer when entering the order details.

    • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.

By engaging in interactive use of the Website, the User grants unambiguous consent to the processing of any personal data entered for the purposes for which the User has provided this personal data. In the event that this personal data will also be used for purposes other than those referred to above, Bizbike shall ensure that it always has valid grounds for this processing. 

Google Analytics / cookies 
 Both non-interactive and interactive use of this Website involves Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. More specifically, Google Analytics uses "cookies".   

Cookies generally record data relating to the surfing behaviour of visitors and users on the Website (pages visited, date and time of visit, search criteria used, etc.). The visitor's IP address is also registered. This data enables the website to recognise the visitor on subsequent visits and offer customised content, among other things.   

The visitor can, however, decline the use of cookies by changing the cookie settings in the browser's configuration menu. This may affect certain functionalities of the Website.   1. DATA RECIPIENTS   

The processed personal data may be communicated to the following recipients, depending on the processing purposes and the necessity for this:  

  • the User and Controller themselves, as well as the Controller's business partners for commercial purposes such as mailings;   
  • the hosting providers and application development service provider or web builder;  
  • in case of purchase using online payment: to the financial institution and payment service provider used by the Controller;  
  • any external Service Providers required for carrying out and completing the order  
  • (e.g. payment service providers, courier, etc.).  
  • The aforementioned recipients shall process the personal data received exclusively in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In addition, a processing agreement is concluded with each of them.  
  1. DATA RETENTION  

The data will be kept for no longer than is necessary for processing, taking into account the aforementioned purposes and expected commitments of the Processor, including the legal obligations incumbent on it.

The Processor shall take the necessary measures to protect the personal data against access or alteration by unauthorised persons, use or disclosure without the consent of the User, and destruction or accidental loss.
Employees of the Processor who have access to personal data are obliged to respect its confidential nature. 

Using Personal Information

We use your personal information to provide our services to you, which include: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Lawful basis

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:

  • The performance of the contract between you and the Site;

Right of access, correction, objection, deletion. Data portability, withdrawal of consent and submission of complaints

Users who can verify their identity can also request that the Processor remove all their personal data from the Processor's database, free of charge. The Processor shall make every effort to comply with this request as soon as possible.
